As it formulated with special kind of polyurethene resin, it provides very good grain accentuation combined with very fast drying characteristics and excellent equal hardness - a unique combination of outstanding properties. At the same time, the formulation of Low VOC coating system. As the product fall in to superior quality, it provides excellent mar and UV resistance with non yellowing property.
how to use
Ensure that the wood is free from excess moisture, dust, grease, wax, polish & marks.
Old finishes in poor condition should be completely removed and surface treated as a new surface until the desired result obtained.
Using emery #220 sand the wood and then use emery #440 for proper sanding. Clean sanding dust with a vacuum or tack cloth.
Apply cinnamon sanding sealer 2-3 coats with an interval of 4 hours between each coat. Proper sanding should carried out with emery #400 prior to each coat of sanding sealer.
After the application of Cinnamon sanding sealer, make sure the surface is clean and free from dust.
After mixing Cinnamon Top Coat with Hardener, wait for 5 minutes for obtaining mixing effect. (Mixing Ratio: Base :6 hardener : 1).
Apply 2-3 coats of Cinnamon Top Coat Clear with a minimum interval of 8 hours between each coat. Sanding should be done prior to each coat with emery #400 followed by emery #600.
Surface temperature required during application must not be less than 10° C; the surface moisture should not exceed 8% and the relative humidity at work place not to exceed 70%.
