Sanding Sealer
CINNAMON SANDING SEALER is a two component water borne poly urethane clear primer specially designed for wood & wood related items. As it formulated with special kind of PU resin, it provides wooden surface good smoothness, excellent filling properties, high fineness, easy to sand with sand paper and showing high adhesion with top coats.
how to use
Ensure that the wood is free from excess moisture, dust, grease, wax, polish & marks.
Old finishes in poor condition should be completely removed and surface treated as a new surface until the desired result obtained.
Using emery #220 sand the wood and then use emery #440 for proper sanding. Clean sanding dust with a vacuum or tack cloth.
Mix Naturelite Cinnamon sanding sealer with Hardener in the following proportion. Base :12 Hardener: 1 ° As the material is ready to use, it is not recommended further water dilution. ° Mix the base with the hardener properly and wait for 5 minutes for obtaining mixing effect.
Apply cinnamon sanding sealer 2-3 coats with an interval of 4 hours between each coat. Proper sanding should carried out with emery #400 prior to each coat of sanding sealer.
After the application of Cinnamon sanding sealer, make sure the surface is clean and free from dust.
Surface temperature required during application must not be less than 10° C; the surface moisture should not exceed 8% and the relative humidity at work place not to exceed 70%.
