Superior Emulsion

Naturelite Heather is an exterior emulsion paint based on 100% pure acrylic resins, which is specially designed for exterior applications with silky smooth finish. As the product is a superior quality exterior paint, which provides improved resistance to dirt pickup, outstanding weather resistance to exterior surfaces. With its technology edge, its proprietary cross linking, designed for keeping it as a superior emulsion with a high level of dirt pick up resistance, and excellent exterior durability which well suited for all kind of weather conditions.

How To Apply

how to use

  • All new surfaces must be cured at least for 30 days prior to surface preparation for paint applications.

  • Remove old paint from surfaces completely. Make sure the surface is clean, dry, free from dust, oil, grease, salt & mold.

  • Apply single coat of Naturelite primer and wait for its drying time of 6-8 hours.

  • Use Naturelite Wall Putty to the dents, pores and cracks for smoothening the surfaces and wait for 4-6 hours.

  • Sand the surfaces using emery paper 180 and clean the surfaces from dust.

  • Apply another coat of Naturelite primer and use Emery paper 320 and make sure the surface is free from dust.

  • Finally Apply two coat of Heather Exterior emulsion with an interval of 8 hours drying time can provide a better result, an extra coat may be used for dark shades if needed

  • Surface temperature required during application must not be less than 10° c; the surface moisture should not exceed 8% and the relative humidity at work place not to exceed 70%.
